Ginger contain potassium,antioxidant,magnesium,calcium and phosphorous which can promote metabolism, burn calories, revitalize blood and chi, reduces flatulence,promote urination, reduce swelling, promote sweating, detoxification etc. Ginger can also be used as a seasoning .They can discard the odour of meat and seafood.Consuming ginger juice with tea will reduce lipid to aid slimming.
