Shredded Conjac With Prawns

Ingredients :
50g conjac
40g radish
25g golden mushrooms
20g broccoli
15g carrot
3 tiger prawns
2 mushrooms
1 pc chinese cabbage

Seasoning :
a dash of salt

Menthod :
1. Peel the outer skin of radish and carrot ,rinse and then cut into slices .Rinse
mushrooms and Chinses cabbage and cut into slices .Shelled and devein
prawns .Break broccoli into small florets and rinse .Cut conjac into shreds
.Rinse conjac and golden mushrooms ,and set aside for further usage.
2. Cook radish ,carrot ,chinese cabbage ,mushrooms and broccoli in boiling water
for 15 minutes .Then turn to medium heat and add in shredded conjac and
prawns and cook for another 3 minutes .Ready to serve .To enhance its
tastiness ,add a dash of salt.

Functions :
Conjac is rich of fiber which helps with bowel movement which in turn assist in reducing your tummy problem .It is good for slimming .Its moisture content helps to fill you up-do try it out as your dietary main dish.
