Water is vital to awaken your skin-not only the water you drink but also the water you splash on your face . A healthy breakfast and a gentle massage wil help your skin have a rosy glow at the start of the day.

Do you consider that your skin's beauty starts from the moment you open your eyes in the morning ? If not ,then you need convincing that this is the case .You can strat the hydration process of your cells even before you get up, by drinking a few sips of fresh mineral water .Water is indispensable for the elimination of toxins and revitalization of your body . Once you get up ,splash your face first.

*Gently pinch your cheeks with your fingertips to produce a rosy glow. Then moisturize your skin.
