Ingredients :
1 tomato
1 slice pineapple
1/4 lemon
Method :
1. Peel off the skin of pineapple and tomato and then cut into small pieces.
2. Blend all ingredients into juice.
3. Squeeze lemon juice and then pour into tomato and pineapple juice. Mix well and serve.
Functions :
Vitamins C and citric acid in the juice not only can help us to reduce weigh ,it can also reduce fatigue and promote blood circulation .It is very good for us.
